Esotico is dedicated to providing healthy, flavorful ingredients. As often as possible ingredients will come from local farmers or our own garden, grown without harmful insecticides or chemicals. Our flavored artisan pastas are available at farmers markets and retail stores throughout Oregon and in southern Washington.

Inspired by a love of pasta and fresh vegetables, Julie and Wayne Huisman founded Esotico to create fresh pasta infused with the wonderful flavors from ingredients grown in their garden. This same affinity for fresh flavored pasta is continued with our company's dedicated owner: Barry Bronson. Barry worked at Microsoft until 2019 where he decided to pursue his passion and expand Esotico to make delicious pasta accessible to everybody. He grew up immersed in diverse Italian culture and always wanted to expand the reach of amazing flavors. Wayne and Julia wanted to retire and Barry saw the possibilities- or pastabilities!- to build on their strong foundation of incredible flavors. Now Esotico is in a partnership with collaborative program with Headwaters Food Concepts and continues to grow.
